More witnesses

Many people wanted to unraveled the mystery so in July 1934 Sir Edward Mountain, owner of the Eagle Star Insurance Company, hired captain James Fraser to run an expedition for him with the help of 20 men from the Inverness labour exchange. All of them had binoculars and cameras and every day a bus would take them around the loch and pick them up in the evening. Each man was paid £2 a week and an incentive of a 10 guineas bonus for a good picture.  Out of 5 pictures, only 1 looked odd. It showed some activity in an isolated area of the loch.

In the morning of September 15, near Urquhart Castle, they filmed a dark object in the water. The 16mm film was sent to London for developing and nothing could be seen clearly as they were too far.

Apart from the expedition mentioned above, many travellers, residents and enthusiasts of Nessie came to the loch to catch the beast. There are reports of ships that also have seen it
