Theories: What kind of animal is Nessie?
Perhaps
the most exciting theory is the one that tells us that the Loch Ness
monster is in fact a kind of dinosaur.
When
the food chain of the loch was analyzed, it was estimated that the amount
of salmon would not be enough to feed such an animal, and, if we take into
account that the soil is poor as regards vegetation due to the pit, such a
big animal would not have enough food to survive. Due to what has been
explained, this theory is no longer valid.
Is Nessie an eel?
Scientists believe that perhaps
Nessie could be a 6 metres long eel. Eels have been found in the loch and
it’s known that they can be seen at dawn or dusk, this coincides with
the moments of the day that normally, Nessie was seen.
