Serves 2
2 finnan
haddock
8 oz (225g) bacon rashers
1 oz (25g) butter
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons cream
Line a grill pan with
foil and grease well with butter. Place the fish in the pan and dot with
the remaining butter. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Put the grid
in the pan and top with bacon rashers. Grill until the bacon is cooked,
then remove and keep warm. Continue grilling for 5 minutes. Put the haddock
on the serving plates and top with bacon. Pour the pan juices and cream
over it. |
